Dave and Inci Magden are the proud and excited owners of Condo Watch, Inc a Professional Home Watch Company. We moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2014 when we left our house in Cleveland, Ohio and moved into a condominium in Fort Lauderdale. As time passed we met many of our neighbors and became friends with most of them. Some of them are snowbirding and some are just visiting their second home occasionally. Shortly thereafter we became their eyes and ears in our building and their units checking on their homes and forwarding their mail. A short time later we decided to turn this into a business so that more people can make use of our trusted services.
What we will do for you? Mainly We will perform a thorough inspection weekly, biweekly or monthly looking for any damage or potential problem and will provide you with a complete report and photos of our findings. The purpose of a routine home check is to find potential problems before they turn into a disaster. We also provide a Key Holder service so that if you need anyone to come to your home we can schedule with them to let them in, be present if necessary, and lock up when they leave. We will coordinate with necessary repairman and get everything fixed before you come home. We want you to come home and relax. We want you to put “YOU” first.
