David & Inci Magden Owners Condo Watch Inc.

David & Inci Magden moved from Cleveland, Ohio in 2013 to beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida to get away from the cold winters and live the tropical life full time. Once settled in our new place, other residents of our condominium building suggested that we run for the board of the association. David Served on the board as the Treasurer and then the President for 4 years learning the aspects of the systems of the building, maintenance and condo rules and laws.

Before moving to Florida David owned an International Shipping & Logistics business with many IATA, TSA, & government security clearances. Prior to this he owned an automobile parts business that imported and exported parts all over the world as well as domestically.

Inci is originally from Turkey where she had worked for airlines her entire working career with the highest security clearances. Inci worked for many years for British Airways and El-Al airlines working with passengers and airfreight.

David & Inci take pride in the same ethics that hard work, honesty, attention to detail and communication are key to daily personal life as well as in business.

David & Inci Magden started Condo Watch, Inc. because many owners in their building trusted them to watch their units while they were away. “We listened to our neighbor’s recommendations and started Condo Watch, Inc.”
